So I’ve figured it out. I want to be thin again.
I’ll start dieting. After a week, so that the change isn’t so abrupt, I will start working out.
Height: 5 5”
SW: 127 lbs
CW: 127 lbs.
June GW: 121 lbs.
July GW: 114 lbs.
August GW: 108 lbs.
And then I want to stay 108 lbs. I’ve weighed that before and I felt super good. I wasn’t self conscious at all. I will post my objectives soon. I have a lot haha.
I’m happy though, I don’t think that I will have a lot of trouble because I have a very fast metabolism and it’s just that I eat a lot. And I don’t eat fruits or vegetables much. I also can eat by myself an 400 calories package before dinner, and still eat dinner perfectly fine. That’s what has to stop. I’m very positive about this change. Hopefully I’ll lose my sleeping issues and my extreme anxiety/stress with the extra weight.
